Research Dissemination and Practice Group

The CDC Healthy Aging Research Network Research Dissemination and Practice Group works to create and sustain a formal mechanism to bring together HAN investigators and representatives from the national networks of chronic disease directors, state health departments, units on aging, and aging services providers, in order to increase and coordinate evidence-based programming capacity for healthy aging.
